How do you picture yourself?

Your self-Concept is the master program of my subconscious.

1. Self-ideal-are you very clear about your self-ideal?

2. Self-image/inner mirror- How you see yourself? The way you appear to others? You never get a second chance to make a good 1st impression. Do you always dress like the top 10% person people in your field?

3. Self-esteem- What do you feel about yourself?

Change your mental picture, transform your life.

Appearance

Your physical body, back ground and family were given.

You can only focus on the things that you have control over:

Appearance (The way you look): wardrobe, hygiene, health (exercise, nutrition, rest, socialize & spirituality) & body language

Personality (How are you inside): values, morals, attitude & character

If you create impossible expectations or standards of appearance, beauty or being, you are going to disempower and disillusion yourself.

Instead of listening to the media and misconceptions of society, create your own acceptance for yourself.

Do the very best to accentuate, leverage and emphasize your strength and minimize your weaknesses or not so strong points.

You may not be perfect, but perfect for something or somebody in this world starting with yourself.

Life is not fair and we can only play with the cards we are dealt.

Being (How are you with others): manners, class and interactions

Visualization

Visualize yourself being beautiful, hot, wanted, desired, deserving, enough, loved, important, holding the floor, having a presence, famous, powerful, substantial, and important. See the world conform to your vision.

Have you ever met or seen a person who left you touched, moved and inspired?

It is not their appearance, but the inner beauty, caring acts and charming nature. Made you feel great with something they said, did, listened or paid a little compliment.

Your aura can be felt 30 feet around. It is your heart energy and presence.

If you want to be a person with an excellent aura, declare yourself, visualize yourself as that person and do the things consistent with such behavior.

As per Brian Tracy, power of visualization works best -how long, how clear, how often and how intense you keep a specific image in you vision.

Your inner world is displayed on a banner for others to see.

(Be extremely careful in selecting the people you deal with and friends who share your optimistic thought process.)
