Eating times in South Asian Families are usually very later ranging from 9 pm to 12 pm at night. This applies to late breakfast and later dinners.
Besides being late to everything from parties, weddings to fundraisers may be a factor in eating late for South Asian.
However even at homes and restaurants they tend to eat late.
One of the leading causes to loose weight would be eating before 6 pm and having light meals.
