Champion, winner, successful, chosen one,

I just want to feel exhilarated, feel content, feel secure, feel bliss, feel nirvana, feel love, feel laughter, feel happiness, feel joy, feel like singing, feel like skipping, be in the sweet spot. Burning desire, think about it clearly with high intensity and high amount of power for over duration, beaming out this energy feeling good. As often as possible as long as possible. This or better. Don’t worry about the time. I must believe and have no doubt (focusing on the how). Start getting excited with anticipation. It is coming I don’t know how or when. Feeling as though, I already got it even if it off our radar screen. I can feel it that it is there knowingness. Success in life is nothing more than a decision away; it is a decision that you make. When you make a decision to do it, It is in the sweet spot, you feel the excitement and don’t know how it will happen. Feel perfect, belief is high and desire is lined up with what is best for me. Even if there is a twist and turn, I am getting what I need. The universe is working it. If everything is energy, everything vibrates and I have put out frequencies of what I want and what I don’t want. Power and intensity over long duration those frequencies have manifested. It is you, you, you and only you have created everything in your life. 100% responsibility for everything in my life from this moment and you have created and you can change it. Stop mysticism; blaming outside control. Your brain pulsates vibrations.

Supreme confidence of knowing and manifesting: feel good doing the activities that you love consistently and doing the right things regularly even if you don’t see the results.

Life is never done with; life is moving; if you are still; you are dead. So make it fun and challenging, it is easier, if you enjoy the process (growth and knowledge). Enjoy the journey: Combine activities (listen to favorite music while driving).

As someone said that life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in one pretty and well preserved piece, but to skid across the line broadside, thoroughly used up and worn out.

Happiness Now!: Timeless Wisdom for Feeling Good FAST

Power Boosters

When you’re feeling low-energy, discouraged or even a bit depressed, try one of these

exercises to perk you up.

1. The Appreciation Bomb.

Many years ago a friend of mine had a troubled teenage daughter. After leaving many

high school, her parents sent her to what they thought was their last resort: a private

school with unorthodox—and highly effective—techniques for troubled kids. His

daughter went from being at risk for addiction to drugs, teen pregnancy, and running

away to becoming a kind, peaceful (for a teen, at least), creative, interesting child

with numerous talents and a life full of activities. The main reason? The young lady

had been “love bombed” at this school. No matter what she did, she met with

acceptance, kindness, and gobs of love. Constantly.

So I thought, why not do an Appreciation Bomb on bad days? And it worked. Now

whenever I am having a tough day or just want to ratchet up my power level, I reach

for the Appreciation Bomb. There are 3 easy steps:

1) Sit down someplace quiet. List all the things you are grateful for.

2) Keep listing them, out loud or silently (you can write them if you want) until

your eyes tear up with joy. Do not get up or move around until you reach that

goal. You’ll be blown away.

2. Power Words

Consider the difference in the energy level between the following words:

Do you feel the certainty increase as you move down the list? Do you feel the

difference between wishing and knowing? That’s power. That’s energy, and it takes

energy to achieve anything significant. Even simply learning how to be who you are.

3. The Prosperity Game

I learned this exercise from the fabulous book Ask And It Is Given, by Esther and

Jerry Hicks. I’ll summarize it here, but you’ll want to get their book if you find this

exercise helpful.

This exercise is terrific when you want to attract more money into your life. It’s also

helpful when you want to think bigger about money, which is why I often find people

have money issues—they don’t know what they’d do with a LOT more of it. Let’s find

1. You’ll need an old check register and checkbook from a closed account, or simply

a lined notebook. You’ll be using it to log both “deposits” and “checks”.

2. Do the exercise for as many days as you want, at least 30, though.

3. On the first day, “deposit” $1,000. Now write a “check” to spend it. Be sure to

explain in the memo section of your “check” what you “spent” the money on, for

example “A new set of tires for my car”. You can “spend” as many checks as you

want in order to total to $1,000.

4. On the second day, “deposit” $2,000 and “spend” it.

5. On the third day, “deposit” $3,000 and “spend” it.

6. Keep repeating the process, increases the amount you “deposit” by a thousand

dollars each day. The numbers will start to get interesting, and you’ll start to feel

like you have that kind of money, and you’ll have fun imagining how to spend it.

This will help reduce resistance to money, which is also financial power. The end

result is you’ll feel more comfortable having a lot more money, and thus you’ll

remove your resistance to going out and earning it.

Remember what Einstein said “Imagination is everything—it is the preview of life’s

coming attractions.”
