How to get a man to do housekeeping.

In most South Asian, men do not help their wives with housework, even though their wife works full time.
This thinking originates from the time, when women were house wives and did not use to work.
It makes sense, if a woman is at home all day to some extent.

However child raising can also be a full-time job and a woman needs her own space to relax and recharge.

It is mothers who are responsible for  this training to both genders. They train both genders getting their daughters to serve the sons. Your brother does not enter the kitchen. Get you brother a glass of water. These are small things, but common in ingraining that mindset.

What women are not human beings?

In addition to working and raising their children, house chores become a big headache.

Start by diving chores amongst all house hold residence including your children and parents in law.
