How to stay inspired ?

At times we loose our way, get off track and loose motivation to work on our core purpose and drift off. Below are random thoughts, ideas and suggestions on how to keep your self inspired.

If you have a passion, purpose, meaning, calling in your life

The alternative does not exist

My ears don’t hear the words “NO.”

There is not a word in my dictionary called “Impossible.”

Practice faith over fear

The bridge will create itself as you are stepping forward in faith.

As you will come to the end of the hallway, a new path will appear.

Don’t know why and how, however things will ultimately work out for the betterment of me.

Fear, doubt and need to know how can keep you in a limbo, so practice the knowingness that ultimately everything will work out at the end.

Stay connected to your core purpose

Revisit the motivations

Look at the pictures, places and people who inspire you to stay on track

How to stay inspired by doing the following things?

  • Go visit a cemetary, it will help you put things in perspective
  • Spend time with a child or children
  • Help or accompany an elder
  • Walk through nature
  • Hang around people who are on purpose
  • Attend a motivation seminar
  • Meet folks in the non-profit or charity sector
  • Listen to an audiobook
  • Surround yourself with beauty
  • Read poetry
  • Visit an indoor or outdoor garden
  • Read a biography
  • Watch an inspiring movie
  • Grab a glass of beer on a patio with friends or a glass of wine in a fancy restaurant
  • Play a tourist in your own city
  • Hang out at a coffee shop with a notebook and write down your thoughts
  • Volunteer
  • Throw a party at home
  • Take a drive
  • Watch sunrise or sunset
  • Meditate
  • Exercise

Moving your body, your emotions and yourself to bring about motivation, inspiration and light your inner fire.
