Are you present in your life?

Who are you being right now?
How are you making others feel around you?
What little acts of kindness are you leaving behind?

What are you doing now? How are you being now? What are you thinking now? What are you feeling now?

This is who you are and becoming…

Yesterday, today and tomorrow
There are two days in every week we should not worry about, two days that should be kept free from fear and apprehension. One is yesterday, with its mistakes and cares, its faults and blunders, its aches and pains. Yesterday has passed, forever beyond our control. All the money in the world cannot bring back yesterday. We cannot undo a single act we performed. Nor can we erase a single word we’ve said – yesterday is gone. (remember this one, most important) The other day we shouldn’t worry about is tomorrow, with its possible adversities, Its burdens, its large promise and poor performance. Tomorrow is beyond our control. Tomorrow’s sun will rise either in splendour or behind a mask of clouds but it will rise. And until it does,we have no stake in tomorrow, for it is yet unborn. This leaves only one day – today. Any person can fight the battles of just one day. It is only when we add the burdens of yesterday and tomorrow that we break down. It is not the experience of today that drives people mad – it is the remorse of bitterness for something that happened yesterday, and the dread of what tomorrow may bring. Let us, therefore, live one day at a time! I hope these words bring some sort of comfort and reality to you. You HAVE to forget the past and move on. You will never ever REALLY forget the past as it will always be there in your memory but what you HAVE to do is to come to terms with it. What happened is in the past. Thinking and mourning the past will never bring it back. All it will do is drive you deeper into despair. You have to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and move on. Its not going to be easy as you have been thinking a lot about what happened and it has taken over your life but what you should concentrate on is what happens TODAY and make the most of it. You have to meet a new love. This may seem impossible right now and you may even feel like you are cheating on the memory of your fiance but you have to move on. You cannot live in your shell the rest of your life, can you? You really don’t want to do that, do you? So it is time, well past the time actually, to move on. You will never FORGET but you must ACCEPT what happened and make the best of the rest of your life. Remember – Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Make the best of it.

It is never too late to turn my life around, never!

Again, you can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.

You can only be, do and have in the present moment.

Do this manifestation exercise to see how a strong storm rises in you?

Think of what you would like improvement, advancement, betterment, progress, transform, encourage, empower, growth, learn, stretch, soar, excel, enhance, do, help, change, support.

See yourself taking little baby steps, running or giant leaps in the direction of what you urgently like, want, prefer, wish, fancy, yearn, crave, desire, must, intend, goal, target, and end.

Feel yourself being decisive, focus, direct, aim, demand, discipline, command, effect, enjoin, exert, insist, intent, ordain, order, request, devote, commit, force, conviction, tenacity, will, strength, courage, determination, and resolve.

“Deposit only positive thoughts in your memory bank. Let’s face it squarely: everyoneencounters plenty of unpleasant, embarrassing, and discouraging situations. But unsuccessful and successful people deal with these situations in directly opposite ways. Unsuccessful people take them to heart, so to speak. They dwell on the unpleasant situations, thereby giving them a good start in their memory. At night the unpleasant situation is thelast thing they think about… Confident, successful people, on the other hand, “don’t giveit another thought.” Successful people specialize in putting positive thoughts into theirmemory bank.”-David J. 6. The law of Control : You feel good about yourself to the degree to which you feel that you are in control of your own life.
– Change is inevitable.

– Controlled change leads inevitably to greater achievement than uncontrolled change.

– To take control of your life, you must begin by taking control of your mind.
(Internal control and external control are so much related; and thus, is inner peace and outer peace.)
7. The law of Accident : Life is a series of random occurrences and things just happen by accident. – By failing to plan, you are planning to fail.
(Life is random; but planning eases that random chaos into a defined path.)
8. The law of Responsibility : You are completely responsible for everything you are and for everything you become and achieve.
– You are always free to choose what you think and what you do.
– Responsibility begins with your taking full and complete control over the content of your conscious mind.
– No one is coming to the rescue.
